Ever since my brother gave me a camera when I was eight years old I have had a
passion for photography. Shooting films and TV programmes is a collaborative process,
but the more solitary nature of stills offers an alternative environment for experimentation
and personal expression
ABOUT MY WORK: I am particularly interested in the evidence of man's impact on the landscape. Layers of time revealed
as many broken parts of many jigsaws - the urban landscape as a photographic crime scene of human activity, past and present, and those who made their mark.
Among the many photographers I admire, in no particular order, are William Eggleston, Henri Cartier-Bresson, Don McCullin,
Bill Brandt, Edward Burtynsky, Robert Frank, Andreas Feininger, Weegee and Sebastiao Salgado
This site can only show a small part of my work. Please contact me if there is some area you are
particularly interested in.
All work is for sale, either as a photographic or inkjet print, and framed or unframed
